I am the only one to be furious?
To make this situation grotesque,african politicians are begging us to don't hire african medical staff as they are badly needed there.
Well, if the Runnymead Trust and the ethnics don't like it then they are welcome to leave. I am sure that there are many hospitals in Africa that would appreciate their obviously under-qualified talents.
More stories like this equals more votes and members for us. So it's not all bad.
Anyway, if some of these ethnics (and of course some imcompetent British staff) could actually follow instruction and were capable in their work they might not have to be disciplined. But that exposes the typical base logic of leftwing prats where everything HAS to balance equally, yet they do not question the 'innate' racism (tounge in cheek here) of the the Olympic sprint finals where they are nearly all black. We must have readdress here surely;-)
Many of my friends and reletives in Britain, tell me that the Country has changed but this is disgraceful. How can normal, ordinary people accept racist blurb as a defence or argument against racism? It's simply unbelieveable.
After the Enoch Powell debacle, I claimed to my friends and colleagues that if Britain refused to do as this man had suggested, that management and control of immigration was required, then the Country would itself one day become a Third World nation. We seem to almost be there, with corruption from the powers to be, and violence virtually a way of life. I would like to suggest that we take up arms against this stupidity but I feel that this may happen all on its own. If the BNP cannot save Britain, then let us all pray that God may.

The tired old mantra of the Marxists, the promoters of immigrants first and black pressure groups has always been, "This is a racist country, and only whites can be racist."
I have written on this site before, about a "multicultural awareness" course I was once obliged to attend. I had an ongoing "discussion" with the course leader about the stuff he was coming out with. One gem was, that black people have been here for two thousand years as there would have been black soldiers in the Roman Legions stationed here. I suppose a further "fact" being implied by this daft statement is, that blacks were here before our Anglo-Saxon ancestors. Yeh, right!
The purveyors of all this claptrap, are delivering a philosphy cooked up as an anti-white agenda, by Marxist pseudo- intellectuals for their perverted agenda.
When you get into discussion with these people, you realise that you are arguing against a philosophy that considers itself right, above all others. It's a bit like trying to have an intelligent conversation about religion with a Jehovah's Witness. At least JWs are pretty harmless. The blame the whites brigade, are working for racial genocide against us.
There cannot be a time in history when a race of people were sold down the river to an uncertain and dangerous future, by a succession of supposedly democratically elected Governments.
Similarly, one of my personal heroes is that godly and brave soldier General Thomas J ("Stonewall") Jackson. I recently learned that his name has been abused in Britain to teach sexual deviancy to children, among other vile aims.
The misuse and abuse of plain English words and terms is a feature of the forces that degrade and would indeed kill off our people if they had their way.
I trust it will not be long before a BNP government is appointed to clean out the Augean stables.
It is a fact that hygiene is not as important with immigrant staff as indigenous staff ( by and large ). Travel to their parts of the world, and you see the proof. They simply don't know any better, and because they are not properly trained they do not see the need to be better. Different cultures have different standards for different things, that's fine by me, but here standards need to be high. That's part of what makes this such a great country.
I was in hospital last year due to an accident, and the amount of different languages and the communication problems between aux nurses amongst themselves and patients was an eye opener.
A patient opposite me needed three pint bags of blood over several hours. He was given two. Upon pointing out the error to an Asian nurse, ( this was about midnight and 'proper' Doctors/Nurses had gone home )she refused the third bag. Another poor English speaking Black nurse was involved, so we had two foreign nurses not understanding one another well or the patient, and vice versa.
At this point I got involved and eventually it got sorted. Even looking at the chart at the foot of his bed they didn't grasp the error.
This has to be an every day example, people must be dying because of the lack of expertise and communications in our NHS.
Infections are a common thing to get in hospitals now.
My injury warranted three days in hospital, but I spent nearly two weeks in hospital because I caught a bad infection which resulted in me being given the strongest anti biotics available. I cost the NHS a bed, food, drugs, and 'care' for over a week for what is an avoidable fault in their own system.
The moral! Don't have an accident or get ill, it could be the death off you!.
The amount of schools I see with no white children left which are now going to learn the anti-white version of slavery is just another example of the systematic persecution of the indigenous white community, this will inevitably in turn create a society more devided than ever and a constant rise of anti-white racism within a society which will inevitably crumble and we will be forced into voting for the BNP just to survive and reclaim our own homelands that we have built over thousands of years.
Many are the foreign, and, let's face it indigenous quacks who have skimmed millions off the Health Service.
Like the town halls and the snivelling service, administration is gloriously overmanned.
We need ruthless root and branch pruning before gangrene pervades the entire body.
Thanks for the info on the Runnymede Trust, BC1959. People need look no further for the culprits involved. Like hundreds of other anti-Western lobby groups from SPLC, ACLU, NAMBLA, ADL, NAACP in the USA to organisations such as the Runnymede Trust here in the UK. These groups have all been set up by these people to complete their oft-quoted aim of the systematic destruction of Western civilisation, to be replaced by a One-World government.

I saw this report in my local rag. Quite why the newspaper commented on it at all I don't know - probably a reporter trying to push his own agenda, I guess. In my opinion, the report is a catalogue of sophistry : any first year statistician could easily pick holes in it, not least in the report's failure to distinguish between assertion and fact. I'm afraid sloppy work of this type will not reflect favourably on the Trust. Perhaps they should focus more on the real consequences of immigration; but they would have to ask Whitey to get a complete picture of what is going on, and that would never do.
This is how Chicago School economics are being forced on us by globalisation. The Chicago’s school principal architect, Milton Friedman, wanted a system of pure capitalism, where government interference in the economy is a complete no-no. From Ronald Reagan onwards (Reaganomics) we’ve been sliding into global private ownership of everything. UK hospitals will soon be sold off, just like our utility companies, to the highest bidder (in fact, it’s already started with these PFI abominations).
So get saving, people - because you’ll soon be living in a country where if you can’t pay for it, you can’t have it: including your health!

I do not dispute the statistics, after all, all organisations have to keep records of all disiplinary proceedures and their outcomes. What angers me is the automatic assumption that the FACT that non whites are proportionally more likely (as born out by the statistics) to be disiplined can ONLY mean that they are victims of racial discrimination! Presumably while investigating and compiling these statistics anyone in the Runnymede Trust who even suggested that non whites could in any way be at fault and the disiplinary action justified would have to resign on the spot for having had a "racist thought" ?

The title is misleading - the book is about the Macpherson Report into Stephen Lawrence's murder in 1993. This Report had the effect that the commentariat all started to say 'the police are riddled with racism' despite the fact that 'no evidence of racism in the police who dealt with the case was ever produced.' Macpherson invented the phrase 'institutional racism'. Macpherson is described as 'unworldly'.

Slightly off topic but the rise of MRSA in our hospitals can be equated with the rise in Third World imported staff - unless you happen to be one of those "coincidence theorists" - of which I am not.
Incidentally, for the benefit of all who are unaware, a Matron who once worked in a hospital in Japan told me that MRSA is almost non-existent over there. The reason? They clean the wards with vinegar solution.
On the BBC's East Midlands News bulletin this mornind they have carried a story about how, "certain sections of the community", don't like emergency treatment carried out in a certain way.
The Health Authority in Leicester, is, "reaching out to the community", to "foster a better understang".
Apparently, "certain sections of society", object to paramedics removing items of clothing so as to give life saving treatment. When a person has a heart attack it is necessary to bare the chest to administer treatment. "Some sections of society find this intrusive".
So what is the answer? Well you have well trained paramedics, who could be out saving lives, running courses for immigrant groups and showing them what they actually do when giving treatment. They also look for ways of giving treatment that isn't "intrusive." This is all done through "consultation".
But wait, it get's better. There is even a dedicated, (black man in a suit), liaison officer to work with the Somalis in particular, to "help foster understanding".
This is just another example of how a well tried practice, which have served without problem, is now to be changed to accomodate the primitive, cultural hangups of "a section of society" that I believe shouldn't even be in this country.
Whether they've got their clothes on or off, they are certainly getting better treatmnet than they would have got in Somalia. They are also getting far more "sensitive" treatment than the rest of us can expect.
There should be no lingering doubt in anyone's mind that most of what makes this country tick is being run for, on behalf of and frequently by, non-ingigenous peoples.
These intruders and their white accomplices have certainly played a "blinder" in taking OUR country and its services over.
I wanted to visit Lexington, in Virginia, to visit the tomb of Robert E Lee and to go to the grave of Stonewall Jackson. I decided to take a route along the skyway drive through the Blue Ridge Mountains.
We stopped for a break and were instantly engaged in conversation by a group of middle-aged Americans because we were English.
They asked my boys why we were in America they instantly responded, "Because we are interested in the Civil War".
This immediately created a barrage of questions about this fact and that detail of the war. My boys could answer every question and more.
The result was an amazed, "My gosh! You know American kids know hardly any thing about any of this, why do your kids know so much about our war?"
My answer was that it was in a sense our war too. America at that time was still mainly an Anglo/Saxon/Celtic area. Yes other races were there, such as Germans but it was mainly as I have desribed. America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are all a result of US. and what happened in those places is part of our history as well.
I am very proud of who and what we were and are. I have always taught my children about the achievements of our race and the contribution we have made to the world.
I have never done this in a racist way. They know that the Zulus were great warriors but they empathise more with the small group of redcoats at Rorkes Drift.
It is has always been natural that different races tell their history, their stories and their myths to their children.
It is said that the Anglo Saxons camped on the banks of the Severn told the same stories and sang the same songs as their kith and kin on the banks of the Vistula. Altough geographically divided, they were essentially the same people.
This idea of a cultural continuation is now taboo for our children but the tales of alien cultures, often warped for a purpose, are seen as fine. In my opinion it is down to parents to follow in the tradition of old and tell their children OUR story. It is in the end the most relevent.

More liblabtor abuse, money is meant to go to patients and keep the filth down, no wonder MRSA is rising again.
What did the NHS do when we had only a few immigrants and 99.9% white staff those times when hospitals were clean and friendly and run properly when hospitals cured patients not infected them.
When staff were trained to high standards and nurses were nursing not managers.
Politicians fix nothing all they do is dismantle everything that previously worked.

The NHS is not just in trouble from PFI, excessive management, and poorly disciplined employees, it has inadequate competition (to keep it lean and efficient), poor staff pay, and most critically a growing funding crisis, due to increasing demands from an ageing, less healthy population, disproportionate demand from third-world and poor immigrants, and not enough tax income to pay for the rising costs.
State run enterprises may start out well, and may initially provide excellent service, from recruited experienced (private sector) staff, but gradually the too secure jobs, the lack of private experience, low pay, and growing demand, doom the enterprise to declining standards of service, underfunding and rationing. Unchecked public spending (e.g. for the Welfare State) tends to significantly increased the power of politicians, suppress healthy competition and significantly increase taxes, this was one reason why the old Conservatives opposed the Fabians' Parliament Act in 1910, they only let it through in 1911 because they were blackmailed to do so.
The right way to provide financial protection for customers is an honest insurance scheme, with money invested in appreciating assets, not IOUs, and fairly vetted claims; the wrong and criminal way is called a Ponzi scheme, which is what we appear to have!
