So the court acknowledges that the knife-wielding killer is a devout Muslim. Official proof, maybe, that Islam is definitely no religion of peace. It's tragic that the loss of another innocent life has had to occur in order to add to the evidence.

I first heard the result on BBC Radio2, the BBC's version of events is that Keith fell on the knife. It's disturbing to know that even when a Muslim is convicted of a racially motivated murder the BBC will still make excuses for them and only broadcast the story for the defence rather than doing the right thing which would be to support the victim.

8 years is a bl**dy technicality! Judge Simon Tonking told him he only had to serve four years in prison, the other four could be served on parole at his home!! With a further reduction for time served, this murdering scumbag will be out in at most 3 years! Bet you the press don't report this, only that he got 8 years.

Khan took a knife with him outside the house for what if not with the intention of killing? stick a knife into human flesh the outcome is pretty obvious. It seems to me that being a 'devout Muslim' worked in favour of Khan. He was given the benefit of the doubt and he received what appears to be an extremely lenient sentence. Whilst it is desirable that a conviction for murder must require the most unequivocal standards of evidence, I venture to suggest that the BNP supporter would not have avoided a conviction for murder, and would have received a life sentence, had the roles been reversed.
Also, I wonder if Khan will be sent to a jail where most inmates are Muslim, and he will get an easy term among his own kind. I believe that there are a number of prisons where 80% of the inmates are Muslims, and the prison service grants them every concession in regard to their 'faith'.

Eight years for a human life? Is that how much our great British judicial values human life? Do doubt eight years will actually be no more than four years and that's assuming the sentence is not reduced on appeal.
I say murderers should, in most cases, be executed. It should make no difference whether the murderer is black, white, man or woman, human life must not be taken in vein.

Firstly, my family and I wish to offer Keith's family and friends, our sincerest condolences for their great loss and for the added grief that they must now be suffering as a result of this risible sentence. Truly they are the ones that have been handed a life sentence.
When I first heard this news, I blew my top and my wife had to listen to about 15 minutes of pure Anglo-Saxon, obviously not directed at her but rather the murdering "devout" follower of the ROP. Anyway, after calming down somewhat, I remembered the old maxim - always forgive your enemies - but never forget their names!
The real murderers of Keith are successive British governments and the rest of the self-hating liberal-marxist elite, that have allowed this country to be invaded by people from cultures that are diametrically opposed to everything that we love and hold dear. People that have no concept of our history; that do not understand the sacrifices that our forefathers had to make to win the freedoms which we so value; and who have no other intent than to turn this country into a clone of whatever hellholes they originally escaped from.
The politicians and their lackeys in the media provided the impetus behind the knife that Khan so cowardly thrust into Keith's back. And now the establishment through one of its docile servants, Judge Tonking, has tipped the wink to our invaders that it's OK to kill the indigenous Folk, especially if the victim is a member of the BNP - you'll only get a slap on the wrist!
I want us, as a Party, to make a committment to Keith's family that when we attain power (and after we have re-introduced capital punishment) we will find the legal means to have this case re-tried. Furthermore, we should ensure that Judge Tonking's actions (or lack of them) are fully investigated by an independent tribunal. In relation to the culpability of the British establishment in this tragedy, I believe that this case will be one of many for which they will have to answer under the general heading, TREASON!

The justice system is seriously messed up, the judge even agreed with Habib Khan! Very impartial and just indeed (!) We live in a world of opposites, if an indiginous Brit killed a minority group member even if it was no "hate crime" they would be left to rot for countless years, this scumbag is leaving prison in 3 tops, in a cell where we pay for his TV, probably Computer, food and cosy, well-furnished cell.
"Racist" or not nothing justifies murder, a disagreement between land is quite natural between neighbours and escalating it to murder should not be sympathised with (the newspapers seem sym-pathetic to this scumbag). The day will come when all murders are equally treated-with life in prison or death.
Equality for all and no special treatment, let every person be awarded on merit.

The Tariff for over a 4 year sentence is that he will serve 2/3rds of his time. But every chance this will be less due to over crowding. The parasite lawyers got this reduction in sentence to manslaughter. What a travesty of so called justice. He did not intend to murder by stabbing him in the back! And the moon is made of cheese. A lot can happen in eight years - four years really and that doesn't include parole; not forgetting as well, the inevitable Common Purpose, Illegal Aid funded appeal circus which might see even this pathetic sentence ruled 'unsafe'. However, prison can be a dangerous place for killers such as Habib Khan; he may decide that even the pathetic four years is just too long to bear, even when his every Islamic wish has been catered for.
Many inmates commit suicide and accidents are also commonplace; his beard could catch fire from a carelessly disgarded cigarette for instance, engulfing it/him in flames. Then of course, there is dreaded Grim Reaper, forever on the prowl looking for fresh victims in order to make this vale of tears called Britain a safer and happier place.
A lot can definitely happen in eight, I mean four years.

Interesting point. About the only good thing Blunkett ever did was to make it possible to strip British citizenship away from a person involved in terrorist activities. This was aimed at Hamza.
There was the proviso that this could not be done if the person only had British citizenship, because, as things stand, it is unlawful under international law to make somebody stateless. Hamza of course was Egyptian. Blunkett had a letter sent to the hook-handed, one-eyed one advising him that he no longer had British citizenship - he got the letter in the nick because he was being tried, and subsequently convicted, of a range of offences.
But what Blunkett did was a start, there are many persons here with dual nationality. Maybe our party would consider, as policy, extending the circumstances under which stripping of citizenship and deportation could occur. Of course we have a prime candidate here.

Apparently Mr Khan was subjected to 'racial hostility', whatever the hell that is supposed to be? In other words if someone is a member of the BNP killing them is OK in New Labour's filthy, rotten society.
The BBC message boards are full of posters justifying the actions of Mr Khan and more or less calling for more killings. Needless to say the BBC moderators are quite happy to allow it. Inciting murder is now acceptable in certain circumstances.

I am normally against re-visiting 'old crimes' when the BNP get into power but for backstabbing killers like Habib Khan, I am persuaded to make an exception. We must of course ensure that the BNP 'legislature' and the deloused of liberal, common purpose 'judiciary' are always kept completely separate from one another. However, the likes of Khan can expect their miserable lives to be truly on the line should their pathetic charge and sentence be ruled 'totally inadequate' by an independent panel of 'proper' judges as set up by the BNP.
Proper due justice for Khan may yet be seen to be done - provided people vote for the British National Party.

This is why the death penalty should come back. 8 years, out in 4 it makes a mockery of British justice. I was reading an interesting House of Commons publication a few weeks ago about homicide rates. From 1900 to 1960 the murder rate declined from just under 10 murders per million populace to just over 6 murders (aside from the blips during the world wars) presumably as crime detection methods became more sophisticated. Since 1965 - a year after the abolition of the death penalty - the homicide rate has soared to over 14 murders per million i.e. the murder rate has more than doubled since the abolition of the death penalty. Given the population size of England and Wales - say 50 million - then that is 350 more murders a year - who says capital punishment is not a deterrent???

WORDS FAIL ME! I can't express how bloody angry I feel over this flaming travesty! Keith was the loser here, and, despite him being dead, he's still flaming losing! This 'so-called' judge needs a rather loud wake up call, especially from the good people of Stoke. IMHO - he's either scared of offending the Muslim population, possibly 'in someone's pocket'? (it does happen), or totally crap at his job! Either way, he is wrong, wrong, wrong. 8 blasted years for knifing someone in the back and killing them!! IT'S A FARCE. If that's the best our legal system can do, we should be hanging our heads in shame. Let's hope that he experiences some old-fashioned justice whilst residing in comfort at the taxpayers expense.

Had this happened the other way about in a Middle Eastern country the British man would not of seen the light of day again, with no chance of appeals. Mr Khan will be out in less than 4 years, no doubt Mr Khan will have the best legal representation all on taxpayers' money.,, probably demanding halal prepared food, etc etc, it will go on and on. These demands would never be met in another country. An example being, DJ from radio1 (Groovrider), has been sentenced to 4 years in prison in Dubai, with no chance of any appeals. perhaps our legal system is more advanced and sophisticated but what is good for the goose is good for the gander. I cannot add much that has not already been said. Our sympathies to Keith's family. This really does show our so called, "Justice" system up for what it is. We all know what the sentence would have been if this had been the other way round. This kind of wishy washy mamby pamby justice does nothing, and is certainly no deterrent to knife carrying thugs. I always find it incredible when you compare the sentences dished out in this country to those of America for instance. Often you can multiply the term of imprisonment by 3 or 4 at least. I know our prisons are full, but we managed to build POW camps during the war, so why the difficulty now?

This sad case relects the lack of proper justice in this country. It is further underlined by the news this morning that, Learco Chindamo, sentenced to be held indefinitely for the murder of London Head Mater Philip Lawrence, has been released. He is not even being considered for deportation.
This foreign cretin has been allowed to slink off anonomously to carry on with his life, untroubled and un-interfered with. Meanwhile the Lawrence family carry on with their life sentence as must the family of Keith Brown.
So much for sending out a strong message that knife crime will not be tolerated. What despicable bull.
I am old enough to remember, that when capital punishment was up for abolishment, it happened in stages. Murder by shooting was still a capital crime for which the perpertrator could be hung, whilst a stabbing murder was not. The argument being that to kill with a gun showed premeditation but to kill with a knife did not.
This just shows, that the utterly out of touch thinking of politicians and their judicial advisors, goes way back. Today's madness is just the same as yesterday's madness. Madness and lack of basic understanding remain the same in every age. The innocent who should count first for justice are never considered in the "liberals" Barmy Britain.

No mention of the lies about Keith walking with a brick in his hand towards Khan’s son.
The video, according to the prosecution, showed that Mr Brown was not at his gate, but in fact walking down his path quite normally. The video, the court was told, also did not show that Keith Brown was holding a brick as was being claimed and that Mr Brown was shown to walk at a normal pace towards his gate as the car was reversing in the street.
No mention of the hidden video in Khan’s wardrobe of the incident.
No mention of PC Lynch, in the witness box, who explained to the court that he had no knowledge of a brick that had been handed to him, allegedly used by Keith Brown to threaten the Khans.
No mention of Mr Khan admitting to taking a wheel brace putting Keith Brown’s blood on it and placing it in his car.
No mention of the 8 Asian men and 8 Asian women stood watching Keith instead of calling the police or ambulance.
No mention that Keith and Khan used to work together for eight years. In fact Keith used to give Mr Khan a lift to work every morning in his car, hardly the act of a “racist”.

I have just listened to Anita Anand's blatantly biased interview with the BNP Deputy Leader on http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00d46dx which starts at approximately 1 hour 5 minutes into the wretched, taxpayer funded programme. This is exactly the sort of ugly BBC, partially EUSSR funded backstabbing behaviour, that is likely to put this silly woman in real harm's way from those who feel lied to and betrayed - the many angry, irrational, self-appointed swords of truth out there. These swords of truth - who have absolutely no connection to, or involvement with the BNP - will take great exception to her deliberately hostile questioning. When I first heard this news, I blew my top and my wife had to listen to about 15 minutes of pure Anglo-Saxon, obviously not directed at her but rather the murdering "devout" follower of the ROP. This really does show our so called, "Justice" system up for what it is. We all know what the sentence would have been if this had been the other way round. This kind of wishy washy mamby pamby justice does nothing, and is certainly no deterrent to knife carrying thugs. I always find it incredible when you compare the sentences dished out in this country to those of America for instance. Often you can multiply the term of imprisonment by 3 or 4 at least. I know our prisons are full, but we managed to build POW camps during the war, so why the difficulty now?
